摘要
阿富汗战争是苏联对一个弱小国家发动的战争 ,是苏联实现其南下战略的重要步骤 ,同时也是美苏在冷战的大背景下在中亚地区争夺势力范围的结果。苏联在这场战争中削弱了国力 ,没有获得好处 ,反而使美国从中得利。战争给阿富汗人民带来了深重灾难 ,至今这个国家仍陷在内战之中。
In order to carry out the important process of the southing strategy,the Soviet Union declared war on puny countrythe Afghan War.It is also the result of the fact that the United States and Soviet scrabbled for orbit in the central Asia under the cold war.Soviet was weakened in the national power while the United states made a good advantage of it.But the Afghan people have suffered a lot.Up to now,the country has still relapsed into the hot water of the civil war.
