摘要
应用微量血清热变性法提取核酸 ,逆转录套式聚合酶链反应 (RT nestPCR)检测血浆HCVRNA ,并与抗HCVELISA检测结果比较 ,对HCVRNA阳性标本进行HGVRNA的筛查。结果在 32例抗HCV阳性和 2 0例抗HCV阴性血浆中 ,HCVRNA分别检出 18例和 2例 ,总符合率为 70 % ,2 0例HCVRNA阳性者中有 2例合并感染HBV ,1例合并感染HGV。
HCV RNA in plasma had been detected by a mini heat denatured RNA extraction and RT nest PCR. HBV DNA and HGV RNA has also been tested in the HCV RNA positive samples. Among 32 cases of HCV antibody positive and 20 of HCV antibody negative, 18 samples (56.5%) and 2 samples (10%) were HCV RNA positive respectively. Two HCV RNA positive samples were found HBV DNA positive, whereas 1 HCV RNA positive sample was showed HGV RNA positive. It is proved there is a good interrelation between HCV and anti HCV, not parallel though.
