摘要
根据江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想的要求 ,结合国际国内政治经济形势发展的实际以及高等学校的特点 ,从思想政治、党员科技文化素质和基层组织建设等方面对高等学校加强党的建设进行了深入分析与阐述 ,并提出了具有一定探索意义的建议。
According to the demands of the 'Three Represents' which is an important ideology proposed by comrade JIANG Ze min, the question of how to strengthen the Communist Party construction has been analysed and expounded indepth from several respects such as ideology and politics, the Communist Party member's disposition of science, technology and culture, construction for grass roots organization and so on, combined with the developing practice of international and domestic political and economical situation and the characteristics of colleges and universities. Moreover, some thoughts with heuristic meaning have been proposed.
