摘要 目的:探讨乳腺腺体基膜(BM)结构与乳腺癌浸润的关系. 方法:应用组化、免疫组化及透射电镜对26例乳腺癌及11例乳腺良性病变患者的BM结构进行对比研究. 结果:乳腺良性病变98%以上腺管周围均有BM围绕,高分化腺癌的BM检出率为69%、低分化腺癌为6.6%,转移灶均未检出BM. 结论:乳腺癌BM的检出率与肿瘤分化程度密切相关. Objectives:To determine the relationship between the ba sement membrane (BM) and the infiltration of the breast carcinoma. Me thods:The basement membrane of 26 cases of breast carcinoma and 11 benig n breast leasions were examined by histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and electronic microscope. Results: The percentage of glandular structures surrounded by BM was determined. Benign lesion ( n =11) had BM arou nd 98% of the acini, low grade carcinoma ( n =12 ) had 69%,high grade ( n =6 ) had 6.6% BM around glandular structure respectively, None of the metastasis h ad visible BM special staining and electronic microscopy manifestations. Conclusions: In breast carcinoma, there is a progressive lose of BM wi th decreasing differentiation.
