摘要
重庆市地方志纂修源远流长,但发展不平衡,具有行政事务和文化活动的双重性质,纂修者的社会层次和文化层次较高,且精工细作,质量较高。改革开放以来,重庆市地方志的纂修取得了累累硕果,但还存在资料缺乏、修志队伍素质不高、特色不够等不足;应面向未来,建立方志馆,提高修志人员素质,提高修志质量。
Chongqing 's local records have a long history but does not balance and have dual character of government administration and cultural activity. Its revision persons have high level of social culture and fine work and high quality. The revision work of Chongqing 's local records has made achievements since the reform and open to outside world. There exist such problems as shortage of materials, poor quality of revision teams and shortage of characteristics. The revision quality should be raised by setting up local records library and by improving the quality of revision employees and revision work with future-oriented consideration.
