摘要
预期在中国宏观经济运行中扮演着日趋重要的作用。为确保扩大内需方针的继续有效实施,优化预期是必要条件。而我国目前存在的制度障碍阻碍了预期的优化。因此,需要制度的改进,以便充分利用积极预期,发挥政策效应。
Forecast plays a more and more important role in operation of Chinese macro-economy. In order to make sure that domestic demand is enlarged continually, optimal forecast is a necessary requirement. The incumbent system barrier in China, however, hampers optimal forecast. So, the system needs to be consummated in order to make full use of positive forecast and make the policies effective.
