研究了海南东寨港长宁河口桐花树Aegiceras corniculatum红树林下土壤的CH4动态?土壤CH4通量的滩面变化规律四季一致,平均值为0.56 mg·m-2·d-1,外滩?中滩和内滩的季节平均值分别为0.70,0.64和0.35 mg·m-2·d-1?冬季最低?多元线性回归分析表明,土壤含水量?Ca2+,Mg2+?有机质?含盐总量和HCO-3对CH4产生率影响显著?所有季节滩面土壤CH4产生量平均值为2.83 mg·m-2·d-1,氧化量平均值为2.27 mg·m-2·d-1,传输率平均值为35.27%,浓度平均值为0.39 μmol·dm-3,库量平均值为6.18 mg·m-2?
Dynamics of CH4 in the soil under Aegiceras corniculatum mangrove was studied at the Changning Estuary of the Dongzhai Harbor in Hainan Island. Similar flat patterns of CH4 fluxes were found in the four seasons, with seasonal average values of 0.70, 0.64 and 0.35 mg·m-2·d-1 for the out flat, mid-flat and inner-flat, respectively. Minimum CH4 flux occurred in winter and the flux averaged over all seasons and flats was 0.56 mg·m-2·d-1 . According to multi-factor linear regression, the contents of water, Ca2+, Mg2+, organic matter, total salt and HCO3- in the soil significantly affected CH4 production rate. Mean values in all seasons and flats were 2.83 mg·m-2·d-1 for CH4 production, 2.27 mg·m-2·d-1 for CH4 oxidation, 35.27% for CH4 transportation ratio, 0.39 mmol·dm-3 for CH4 concentration and 6.18 mg·m-2 for CH4 pool.
