摘要
目的 各类颅脑外伤患者经高压氧治疗病情得到恢复和改善。方法 采用以高压氧舱治疗为主 ,配合药物及功能锻炼。结果 经临床观察本组总有效率68 % ,其中脑震荡有效率为100 % ,取得了较满意的效果。结论 通过高压氧治疗能有效的改善脑细胞及组织细胞供氧 ,使处于可逆状态的脑细胞恢复 ,从而使脑细胞的功能得到改善。
Objective To explore hyperbaric oxygen in improving the cranial injury cases. Methods Hyperbaric oxygen was used to treat cranial injury cases together with conventional therapy and function exercises. Results The total effective rate was 68%. For the brain concussion cases, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen could improve the oxygen supply to the brain tissues and restore the reversible brain cell functions.
