摘要
目的 观察复方丹参注射液治疗突发性耳聋 (突聋 )的疗效。方法 使用复方丹参注射液治疗突发性耳聋 2 5例 ,并用扩张血管药治疗 2 5例做对照。结果 丹参组有效率为 77 8% ,治愈率 2 5 9% ;扩张血管药组有效率为 5 3 8% ,治愈率 15 4%。丹参组疗效明显优于扩血管药组。两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 复方丹参注射液对治疗突聋疗效显著 ,且无不良反应 。
AIM Survey curative effect of curative effect survey of compound root of red rooted salvia injection liquid treating sudden deafness. METHODS Compound root of red rooted salvia injection liquid treating sudden deafness was examined in 25 samples and control 25 samples of blood vessel dilatation medicine treated. RESULTS It was found that the effective rate of the root of red rooted salvia group was 77 8%, the cure rate was 25 9%; that the effective rate of blood vessel dilatation medicine group was 53 8%, the cure rate was 15 4%. The root of red rooted salvia group was obviously prior to blood vessal dilatation medicine group. There is a obvious difference between these two groups ( P< 0 05). CONDUTION The root of red rooted salvia group has a better curative effect in treating sudden deafness, no side reaction, and has a certain applied value in clinical.
