摘要
目的 :探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者静脉溶栓治疗冠脉未通者的效果。方法 :比较 38例 AMI溶栓治疗冠脉未通患者与 42例 AMI未行溶栓治疗患者的疗效。结果 :前者心功能状态优于后者 ,且梗死后心绞痛、梗死延展的发生率显著降低 ,两组致命性心律失常发生率及近期预后无显著差异。结论 :AMI溶栓治疗冠脉未通者疗效仍较未行溶栓治疗者佳。提示今后应扩大 AMI患者溶栓治疗的适应症。
Objective:To study effects of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after thrombolytic therapy but without reperfusion.Methods:The data of 38 patients with AMI after thrombolytic therapy(urokinase) but without reperfusion(group Ⅰ) were analyzed and compared with 42 AMI patients who received no thrombolytic therapy(group Ⅱ).Results:Heart function was better( P <0 05),rate of angina pectoris and infarction expansion were decreased significantly( P <0 05) in group Ⅰ,compared with group Ⅱ,but no significantly differences between 2 groups were found in occurrence of fatal arrhythmia and short\|term prognosis.Conclusion:Results suggest that the thrombolytic therapy in AMI patients can improve life quality despite of no occurrence of reperfusion.
