摘要
１４４尾异育银鲫随机分成 ３组，Ⅰ组对照组，投喂基础日粮，Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组，分别投喂基础日粮含３０ｐｐｍ杆苗肽锌、基础日粮含３０ｐｐｍ杆菌肽锌和６ｐｐｍ硫酸抗敌素，探讨杆菌肽锌与硫酸抗敌素配伍对异有银鲫增重串和耐低氧力的影响。经 ３９天饲养试验，结果表明：加药的 Ⅱ、Ⅲ组增重率分别高于对照组 ９．８％和２４．５％，且差异都显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。杆菌肽锌和硫酸抗敌素配合使用比单独使用杆蓖肽锌增重率提高 １３．４％，抗低氧能力为Ⅰ＞Ⅱ＞Ⅲ，且Ⅰ与Ⅲ组差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
One hundred and forty - four Alogynogenetic crucian carps were randomly individed into 3 groups. In this 3 groups, the one is control, the group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ are supplied wilh 30 ppm Bacitracin zinc.,30ppm Bacitracin zinc and 6ppm colistinsulfate. Raised for 39 days, the results showed that the ability of anti - low - oxygen is Ⅰ> Ⅱ> Ⅲ. In the weight gain rate, Bacitracin zinc + colistinsulfate group was 13. 4% higher than Bacitracin zinc group, and both group H and group 1 are 9. 8% and 24. 5% higher than control group(P <0. 05).
