摘要
针对流程管理的实现提出了一种管理模式 ,这种模式以流程和职能并重的矩阵式体系为基础 ,辅之以学习、赋权、企业文化等要素 。
With respect to the implementation of the process-centered management, in the paper is presented a management model that is based on the matrix system with the simultaneous emphasis on the process and function and supported by some elements such as study, empowerment, enterprise culture, etc. It is expected that the problems in enterprises can be tackled in a better way.
