摘要
开源是实现水资源供需平衡的一个重要方面 .本文在分析水资源开发利用潜力的基础上 ,提出了充分挖掘现有水工程潜力、适当兴建新的水源工程、采用非常规水源扩大措施和采用多种方式进行地水蓄水等开源途径 ,以提高水资源的供给能力 ,满足社会经济发展的需要 .
Water source development is a significant part in realizing the balance of water supply and demand.Based on the analysis of the potential of water resources exploitation and utilization,this paper presents approaches of developing water source,such as fully exploiting the potential of the existing water projects,building new water source projects appropriately,accepting measurements to enlarge unconventional water source,and adopting various methods to store underground water,etc.In these ways,we can improve the supply capability of water resources to meet the demands of social economic development.
