摘要 为探讨由内皮细胞损伤引起的TGF β1分泌变化及在冠心病发病中对胶原合成的影响 ,应用LDL刺激损伤内皮细胞 ,同时测定了冠心病人血清TGF β1和VI型胶原的含量。结果显示 :人血管内皮细胞经LDL 2 0 0 μg/mL作用后 ,TGF β1的分泌与对照组比较明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,IV型胶原的合成在作用前后均十分低下 (P >0 0 5 ) ;冠心病人血清TGF β1和VI型胶原与正常人比较两者的含量均明显增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结果表明 :内皮细胞损伤所导致的TGF β1升高 ,能明显促进冠心病人胶原蛋白的合成 。 Objective:To explore the collagen synthesis induced by, which was produced by injured vascular endothelial cell (VEC) in the pathogenesis of the (CHD). Methods:The contents of TGF β 1 and type TV collagen were determined in the culture mediums of human VEC after the addition of low density lipoprotein (LDL) 200 μg/ML in 24 hours and in the serums of CHD patients with high level LDL.Results: The content of TGF β 1 in VEC medium with addition of LDL was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Meanwhile, the content of type TV collagen was extermly low and almost had no change (P>0.05). In the serum both the concentrations of TGF β 1 and type TV collagen of the patients were significantly higher than that of the health person(P<0.05).Conclusion: The TGF β 1 produced by injured VEC plays a important role in the collagen synthesis and pathogenesis of CHD.
