Control on Factors Influencing Phosphorus Reversal of Hot Metal in 320t Torpedo during Dephosphorization Process

摘要 为改善转入炉铁水回硫现状 ,结合 32 0t鱼雷罐铁水脱硫生产工艺 ,就鱼雷罐铁水温度、鱼雷罐二次出铁、鱼雷罐内口粘渣、铁水装入量、脱硫喷吹时间、脱硫后铁水等待时间等相关因素进行系统全面分析 ,提出合理的控制措施 ,旨在不断完善脱硫工艺操作参数 。 To improve current conditions of phosphorus reversal of hot metal in converter, some relative factors have been analyzed comprehensively and systematically combining with desulphurization process of hot metal in 320?t torpedo, such as hot metal temperature in torpedo, secondary iron tapping, viscous slag on inside opening in torpedo, charging quantity of hot metal, desulphurization injection time and hot metal waiting time after desulphurization, etc. Some proper countermeasure has been suggested in order to continuously improve operation parameters of desulphurization process and to reduce converter melting pressure.
