摘要
从有限元分析构件裂纹周围的应力分布出发 ,导出钻杆中常出现的Ⅰ~Ⅲ型复合裂纹的失稳条件 ,通过编程计算了不同深度和不同倾角裂纹尖端处的应力强度因子 ,计算得到的临界裂纹深度可作为钻杆检测仪精度选择的参考 。
The destabilization conditions of I~III compound cracks common with drill rods are derived from the finite element analysis of the stress distribution in the vicinity of cracks in structural components. The stress intensity factors at the extremities of cracks with different depth and dip angles are calculated by programming. The critical crack depth calculated can be used for a reference for the accuracy determination of the drill rod fathometer, and also provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of drill rod service life.
