摘要
[目的]观察在常规中西医结合治疗的基础上加用自血光量子辐射疗法对慢性乙型肝炎的治疗效果。[方法]将111例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组(常规中西医结合治疗加用自血光量子疗法)58例,对照组(常规中西医结合治疗与对照组同,不加用自血光量子疗法)53例,观察2组的症状、体征、HBV标志物和肝功能变化情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率81.0%,对照组为62.3%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);对 HBeAg转阳率和ALT、AST复常率比较,治疗组均优于对照组。[结论]自血光量子辐射疗法能协同中药提高慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。
ive] To observe the therapeutic effect of autoblood ultraviolet radiation therapy (AU-RT) combined with routine treatment on chronic hepatitis B (CHB). [Methods] One hundred and eleven cases of CHB were randomly allocated to Group A and Group B. Group A (n = 58) was treated with AURT combined with routine traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment and Group B (n = 53) with routine traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment . The changes of symptoms and signs, hepatitis B virus markers and the hepatic function were observed before and after treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was 81.0% and 62.3% in Group A and Group B respective ly , the differences being significant (P < 0.05). The improvement of the rates of HBeAg ( + ) turning to negative, and ALT and AST recovering to normal in Group A was superior to that in Group B. [ Con clusion] AURT can increase the therapeutic effect of routine drug therapy on CHB.
