摘要
针对电力系统大而复杂的特点 ,分析了以往各种预测法对电力系统预测精度提高的有限性 ,提出了一种基于信息融合理论的电力系统预测法。依据对信息融合熵的定义 ,提出并证明了信息融合的有效性和熵最大压缩两定理。基于此 ,给出了基于信息融合理论的电力系统预测方法的依据、准则和步骤。通过对信息融合的信息量增加定理和基于信息融合理论的电力系统预测误差减小定理的提出与证明 ,以及实际算例 。
Aiming at the character of large and complex power system, the limitation of promoting power system forecasting precision by using kinds of forecasting method is analyzed, a power system forecasting method based on the theory of information fusion is presented. According to the definition of the information fusion entropy, two theorems on the efficiency of information fusion and on maximum compression of fusion entropy are presented and testified. Based on this, these foundation, rules and steps of power system forecasting method based on the information fusion theory are presented. Through presenting and testifying two theorems on information increasing because of information fusion and on error decreasing of power system forecasting method based on the information fusion theory as well as the practical results, the feasibility and superiority of this method is testified adequately.
