摘要
通过产品模型试验 ,研究了电流互感器一次绕组绝缘层在真空干燥过程中其内部温度、含水量与干燥工艺和干燥时间的关系。试验结果表明 ,现有干燥工艺能满足绝缘含水量技术指标的要求。同时发现 ,试件绝缘内部的升温过程很慢是影响干燥效果的主要因素 。
The relations among the inner temperature, water content, drying process and period in the insulation of primary winding of the current transformer model during vacuum drying process are researched. The results show that the present drying process can fulfil the requirement of water content. The temperature in the model insulation rises slowly, which effects the drying results. The method to boost temperature of model insulation can pick up drying speed.
