萍乡市农村学生龋齿及氟牙症流行病学调查 被引量:2

摘要 为了了解不同环境条件下龋齿及氟牙症的流行病学情况,对萍乡市二个乡村(长平乡和张佳坊乡)的13~15岁(平均年龄13.9岁)中学生389人进行了口腔检查,问卷检查和被调查者的家庭饮水氟浓度测定。结果发现长平乡儿童由于99.5%家庭用煤作燃料,龋患率仅5.56%,氟牙症率达25.25%,而张家坊乡只有41.4%家庭用煤,该乡儿童龋患率为16.75%,氟牙症率为0.52%,二乡比较有明显差异,二乡家庭饮水含氟浓度没有差异。结果说明燃煤引起的空气氟污染是二乡儿童该二病发生率发生差异的主要原因。 The prevalence of dental caries and fluorosis in 389 middle school students aged 13~15(average 13.9) years form two villages (Changping Village and Zhangjiafeng Village) in Pingxiang City was investigated and compared by oral examination,questionaire and determination of fluoride in drinking water of the inhabitants under different living environments by the joint research group of Chinese and Japanese doctors. In was found that the rate of DMF was 5 56%,but that of dental fluorosis was 25 25%,in Changping Village where 99 5% families were using coal as fuel for cooking.In contrast to Changping village, only 41 4% families in Zhangjiafeng village were using coal for cooking and the rate of DMF there was 16.75% and that of flurosis was 0.52%.Significant difference exists between the two villages whereas the fluoride contents in drinking water of the two villages was similar.It is indicated that air polution resulted by fluoride from burning coal is the main cause of the difference in the morbidity between the two diseases.
