摘要
手术治疗１８例多节段后韧带骨化（ＯＰＬＬ）病例，其中７例为颈前入路手术，１１例行后路手术。显示两组患者疗效，着重比较了前。
Eighteen patients with ossifying posterior longitudinal ligament had been treated by decompression.Among them 7 patients were operated by anterior approach to the cervical vertebrae and 11 by posterior approach.The therapeutic effects on the two groups were compared and discussed.
