摘要
报告磨痂术治疗头面部深Ⅱ度烧伤32例。结果：显效率达90．6％，平均住院天数14d。提示：磨痂术具有操作简单、磨痂深度易于掌握、出血少、美容和功能恢复满意等优点，是一种较理想的头面部深Ⅱ度烧伤治疗方法。
Thirty two patients with deep second degree facial burns were treated by' escharabrasion' to remove the eschar. In 29 of them (90. 6% ),satisfactory results were achieved. Themean course of hospitalization was 14 days. It is suggested that escharabrasion is an idealtechnique to remove the eschar of the face in deep second degree facial burns with the following advantages: 1) to simplify operative processes; 2) to easily control the depth of escharremoval; 3) to diminish blood loss; 4) to minimize the functional and cosmetic abnormalitiesafter healing of the wound.
