摘要 在分析乌鲁木齐市大气环境质量现状的基础上 ,探讨了大气污染的特征及其原因 ,并计算出四种主要大气污染物二氧化硫、总悬浮颗粒物、降尘和氮氧化物的环境容载力。同时 ,结合乌鲁木齐市现阶段发展水平和清洁能源的资源优势 ,提出切实可行的大气污染防治方法及解决途径 。 The air in Urumqi city is polluted gravely, especially in winter. The paper analyses the quality actualities of air environment, the features of air pollution, the main reasons of air pollution and points out that human activities are the main reasons of air pollution. Based on the concept of air environmental bearing capacity, this paper figured out the bearing capacities of four major air contamination (SO 2, TSP, NO x,descendent dust )and the carrying capacities for economy and society. According to the calculated data, the article reach a conclusion that the amount of contamination is far more beyond the limits of air environmental bearing capacity, which badly restrict the economy and society sustainable development. Based on the level of development and the advantage of sanitary resources, this paper also puts forward the prevention and control goal of air pollution and the countermeasures of air pollution prevention and control. These are: ①strengthening city plan, adjusting energy structure and improving industrial layout. ②strengthening the control of exhausted gases. ③strengthening the project of city virescence and decreasing the pollution of dust. ④strengthening the organization constitute and intensifing the supervise and management of environmental protection. ⑤actively developing the research of environmental science and positively expending the environmental protection industry. ⑥strengthening the publicities of environmental protection and enhancing the people's awareness of the environment protection.
