简要概述了南水北调西线工程从论证、超前期规划研究、转入项目建议书阶段到前期工作安排整个进展过程 强调了南水北调西线工程的必要性和紧迫性 ,介绍调水工程区范围、区域地质条件及特点 ,分析了可调水量 。
The paper briefly summarizes the overall advance of the west route project of water transfer from south to north (i.e.: from the Changjiang River Basin to the Yellow River Basin) from the demonstration, previous period plan and research to project proposal letters to pre-work arrangement, reinforces the necessity and urgency of the project, introduces the operating range of water diversion and geological conditions and characters of the area, analyses transferable water quantity and offers the overall layout of water diversion project programme and the first-stage project plan.
