摘要
辽河下游河道,沿河有许多险工险段,其中水河槽急待治理。根据辽河各河段的特点,采取不同的治理原则,通过一系列工程措施,逐步控制河势,稳定河槽,清除险工,减少滩地冲蚀,确保堤防安全。
Many dangerous works exist along the Liaobe river downstream,the median water river bed needs urgently to regulate.According to the reaches character of the Liaohe river,the different regulation principles are adopted.The river regime is controlled progressively,the river bed is stabilized,the dangerous works are removed,the erosion of alluvial pla in is diminished,the security of embankment is guaranteed through a series of project measures.
