电解稀硫酸铵溶液生产过硫酸铵 被引量:6

摘要 以抚顺石化公司腈纶化工厂生产丙烯腈的副产品———稀硫酸铵溶液为原料 ,采用电解法生产过硫酸铵。一定温度下 ,采用Pt作阳极 ,Pb作阴极 ,聚四氟乙烯阳离子膜为隔膜 ,加入一定量的自制抑制剂为添加剂 ,电解制备过硫酸铵。转化率可达 95 %。采用结晶法分离产物 ,并用碘量法对产品纯度进行测定 ,过硫酸铵质量分数达99%。同时考察了添加剂的种类、用量 ,隔膜的种类、电流密度、电解时间对产物产率的影响。实验表明 ,用此法生产过硫酸铵产品 ,工艺简单 ,操作容易 ,生产过程污染小 ,产品易分离 ,纯度高 。 Ammonium persulfate was synthesized by electrochemical method using ammonium sulfate dilute solution as raw material from the product Acryl on Factory of Fushun Petroleum Company. Under certain temperature, Pt and Pb are used as anode and cathode respectively. PTFE cationic membrane was used as separated diaphragm, and certain amount of depressant used as additive respectively was added. The conversion rate reaches 95%. The product was purified by recrystall method and the purity of product was 99.5% measured by iodimetry. Meanwhile, the effects of depresants, diaphragm, current density and electrolysis times on the rate were studied. The results show that the preparation method is the best way to produce ammonium persulfate. The technology is simply, easy and no environmental pollution. The product has high purity.
