摘要
18 - 8铬镍不锈钢在硝酸生产中被广泛应用 ,但介质的温度、溶氧量和Cl-含量对 18- 8铬镍不锈钢的应力腐蚀将产生影响 ,特别是腐蚀介质和应力的双重作用更为明显。此外 ,Ni和Cu、Co、Mo等元素对不锈钢的抗应力腐蚀性能均起有害作用。
CrNi stainless steel has been extensively applied in the production of nitric acid. The temperature of the media, dissolved oxygen and Cl - all have a role in the stress corrosion of 18-8 CrNi steel, especially the combined effects of corrosive media and stress. Furthermore, Ni, Cu, Co and Mo, etc have detrimental effect on the stress corrosion resistance performance of the stainless steel.
