摘要
等离子表面淬火硬化层的硬度分布 ,在某一区域内无明显的硬度梯度 ,这与常规淬火方法的结果不太一样。通过分析温度场 ,对等离子表面淬火相变硬化层的形成过程进行了研究 ,提出等离子表面淬火属于短时淬火 ,在硬化层的形成过程中 ,淬硬保持时间是重要的影响因素。
The hardness distribution without obviously declining gradient in one range of the hardened layer produced by plasma quenching is rather different from that by conventional quenching.By analyzing temperature field,the forming process of the hardened layer was studied.It was pointed out that hardening holding time is an important factor in the course of forming hardened layer by plasma surface quenching which belongs to short time quenching.It is significant that such a hardened layer can enhance wear resistance of machine parts.
