摘要
通过对底板冲切、成形、校正各工序的系统分析 ,设计了冲切、成形、校正复合模 ,解决了工艺变形及模具制造难点。
Through a systematic analysis of the processing procedures including cutting_off, forming and calibrating for the bottom plates, a cutting_off, forming and calibrating compound die was designed, which solved the technological deformation problem and the difficult manufacturing points.
