摘要
用氧化增重法分析了Fe Cr Ni N在 12 0 0℃和 12 5 0℃的抗氧化性能 ,探讨了C、Si、N等元素对合金抗氧化性的影响 ,并用X 射线衍射法对氧化膜的结构进行了分析 ;结果表明 ,当合金的Cr/C在 10 0左右时 ,0 .2 6 %~ 0 .30 %的C对合金的抗氧化性是有利的 ;N量较低时能降低合金的氧化 ,但当含量 >0 .30 %时 ,氧化加剧。分析表明 ,尖晶石结构不利于合金形成优异的保护性氧化膜 ;最佳的保护性氧化膜应是SiO2 与Cr2 O3
The oxidation resistance of Fe Cr Ni N alloy at 1 200 ℃ and 1 250 ℃ was studied by oxidation weight increasing method and the effect of elements C, Si and N on the oxidation resistance was also discussed. The results showed that carbon content in the range of 0.26%~0.30% was good for the oxidation resistance when Cr to C (Cr/C) ratio is about 100. The element N is also useful to protect the alloy from oxidation but its content should be lower than 0.30%. It's suggested that spinel structure is not benefit for the protective oxidation film. The best film consists of SiO 2 and Cr 2O 3.
