摘要
对断裂的气门弹簧断口部位进行化学成分、金相组织、硬度、断口扫描检验的结果表明 ,断裂是由于原材料的冶金缺陷造成弹簧表面局部区域出现疲劳裂纹 。
The fracture of the valve spring was examined by chemical composition testing,metallography,hardeness and SEM.The results showed that fatigue cracks on the local surface of spring were caused by metallurgical defects in raw materials.Propagation of the cracks resulted in early fatigue fracture of the spring eventually.
