The Effect of Lidocaine Aerosol on Preventing Cardiovascular Response in the Patients with General Anethesia and Tracheal Intubation

摘要 目的 :观察利多卡因 (利舒卡 )气雾剂用于预防全麻气管插管心血管反应的临床效应。方法 :30例全麻气管插管病人ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级 ,随机分为 3组 ,每组 10例。分别以利舒卡气雾剂喷 1次 (组Ⅰ )、喷 2次 (组Ⅱ )、喷以生理盐水作为对照 (组Ⅲ )。诱导后 1min ,声门暴露 ,组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ以利舒卡气雾剂按 2揿 ,组Ⅱ于插管前再喷 1次 (方法同首次 ) ,组Ⅲ喷以生理盐水。观察诱导后 1min、插管即刻、插管后 1min、3min、5min的收缩压 (SBP)、舒张压 (DBP)、平均动脉压 (MAP)和心率 (HR)的变化。结果 :组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ的SBP、DBP、MAP和HR等波动明显比组Ⅲ缓和。结论 :利舒卡气雾剂能有效地预防气管插管引起的心血管反应 。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of lidocaine aerosol on preventing cardiovascular response of the tracheal intubation. Methods: 30 patients, ASA gradeⅠ~Ⅱ, scheduled for endotracheal anesthsia were randomly divided into 3 groups. Lidocaine aerosol once (group Ⅰ), Lidocaine aerosol twice (group Ⅱ) and Saline aerosol as a control (group Ⅲ) was given to spray. One minute after the induction, the glottis was exposed and 2 presses of lidocaine aerosol were given in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, and group Ⅲ was given saline aerosol. The group Ⅱ received lidocaine aerosol 2 presses once again before the intubation (the same way as once). Changes in SBP?DBP?MAP and HR were recorded 1 min after induction, during the intubation, 1min?3min?5min after intubation. Results: SBP?DBP?MAP and HR were lower in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ than that in group Ⅲ. Conclusion: Lidocaine aerosol can effectively prevent the cardiovascular response caused by tracheal intubation and it has great value in clinical application.
