摘要
①目的 研究强力霉素对颞颌关节骨关节病的预防性治疗作用。②方法 应用胶原酶注射法制备30例兔颞颌关节骨关节病模型 ,随机分为实验组和对照组两组 ,实验组动物在胶原酶注射的次日起每天给予口服强力霉素 ,在第 4,8和 12周末每组分别处死 5只动物 ,分别在光镜下和电镜下观察关节盘和关节软骨的病理变化。③结果 在第 4周末 ,对照组动物关节盘血管增生明显 ,软骨细胞增生活跃 ,实验组只表现为轻微的病变 ;在第 8周末 ,对照组病变更为典型 ,出现软骨裂隙和凝胶样物质脱落 ,而实验组出现病变的修复 ;在第 12周末 ,对照组出现严重的病理改变 ,软骨剥脱 ,骨质象牙化 ,而实验组修复接近正常。④结论 强力霉素可以显著抑制颞颌关节骨关节病的发展 ,促进关节的自身修复 ,对早、中期的颞颌关节骨关节病有显著的治疗作用。
Objective\ To study the prophylactic therapeutic effect of Doxycycline for temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis.\ Methods\ 30 models of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis in rabbits were prepared by injection of collagenase and randomly divided into treated group and control group. Doxycycline was given orally the next day after the injection of collagenase for the treated group. The animals were killed by the end of 4th, 8th and 12th week. The slices were stained and investigated by light and electron microscopy. \ Results\ By the end of 4th week, samples of the control group showed apparent osteoarthritis changes, characteristic damage could be observed, such as fibrillation, chondrocyte clusters and splitting. By the end of 8th week, osteoarthritis changes were more significant, by the end of 12th week, the samples showed serious degenerative change. No pathological changes could be found in the treated group.\ Conclusion\ The results suggest that Doxycycline may greatly inhibit the development for animal model of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis.
