摘要
对谷蠹、玉米象不同品系成虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶亚细胞分布的研究表明 ,谷蠹、玉米象成虫体内的乙酰胆碱脂酶是以游离态和与膜结合两种形式存在的 .当试虫处于麻醉状态时 ,磷化氢对谷蠹、玉米象成虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活力具有抑制作用 ,然后随散气时间的延长乙酰胆碱酯酶活力又能恢复到原水平 .
The subcelullar distribution of acetylcholinesterase in adults iof Rhyzopertha dominica and Sitophilus zeamais was studied.It showed the acetylcholinesterase existed freely or conjugately with cell membrances in adults of Rhyzopertha dominica9Fabricius) and Sitophilus zeamais(Motschulsky).The activities of acetylcholinesterase could be inhibited by phosphine when the tested insects were in the stage of narcosis and then recovered to initial level when airing longer.
