摘要 以基因工程为主导的现代生物技术的崛起,使得生命科学成为当今自然科学研究的三大热点之一。基因工程研究的飞速发展,为现代农业生产开拓了新思维,但是事物总有其两面性。笔者就烟草基因工程安全管理现状,安全性评价研究所涉及到的基因转移的过程、基因漂移、病毒起源的基因和其它病毒的相互作用和重组、选择标记、毒性问题与新蛋白的产生、环境问题、转基因烟草是否可以转变成杂草等、管理上的挑战、公众的理解和未来展望等方面作了综述。 The rapid development of biological techniques lays a solid foundation for scientific advances. Several aspects on safety management and assessments of genetically modified tobacco crop are mainly discussed in this paper such as gene transfer gene flow interaction between virus-derived inserts and other viruses selective markers toxicological issues novel protein production environmental issues weediness of transgenic tobacco plants management challenge public acceptance and future research opportunities.
