摘要
研究了催化剂活性组份和工艺条件对铜基富丁二烯 C4 馏份选择加氢除炔催化剂性能的影响 ,考察了该催化剂的稳定性。结果表明 ,该催化剂能将 C4 馏份中的乙烯基乙炔降至 1ppm以下 ,同时 ,1 ,3-丁二烯的损失低于 0 .5% ,其稳定性近 50 0 h。
Influences of active components and operating condition on properties of the catalyst for selective hydrogenation of butadiene rich C 4 fraction and stability of the catalyst were investigated.Results showed that the catalyst can cut down the content of vinyl acetylene in C 4 fraction to less than 1 ppm with 1,3 butadiene loss of less than 0 5% and catalyst life of 500 h.
