摘要
研究了炭纤维增强剂在热固性酚醛树脂基质中杂乱分布时 ,不同的影响因素—成型压力、填充程度和炭纤维长度等对复合材料强度、摩擦性能与热物理性质的影响。根据研究结果 ,选择出最佳的复合材料制备条件 :成型压力为 10MPa~ 2 0MPa ,沥青炭纤维的填充度约 6 0W % ,沥青炭纤维的长度 10mm~ 13mm。所获的炭质复合材料具有最佳使用性能 :撞击强度~ 15kJ m2 ;受压时的破坏应力~ 15 0MPa;受弯时的破坏应力~ 70Mpa ,热稳定性温度 5
The composites of chaotic pitch based carbon fibres reinforcing thermosetting phenolics were prepared. The factors influening the strength, tribological and thermophysical properties of the composites, such as specific pressure of compressing, degree of filling and the length of CF, have been studied. The composites with perfect properties can be obtained by optimizing process parameters of filling 60?W/% and the length of CF of 10?mm~ 13?mm . These perfect properties can be characterized as compressive strength at break off of 150?MPa, flexural strength at break off of 70?MPa and Marfanse thermal stability of 514?K.
