摘要
目的 :探索影响故意伤害的因素 ,以便提出针对性预防措施。方法 :近 6年来所收集的 5 0 1例故意伤害案例的有关因素进行分析。结果 :故意伤害的主要原因为机械性损伤 (占 90 .2 % ) ,主要为男性 (占 75 .6 % ) ,年龄在 2 0 39岁之间 ,初中以下文化程度占 98.6 %。结论 :文化程度低的青壮年男性是高危人群 ,应针对这一人群采取有效的预防措施 ,降低和控制故意伤害的发生与死亡率。
To explore the factors that influenced the occurrence of intentional injuries in order to find the preventive measures.The factors related to 501 cases were analysed by the department of forensic pathology of amedical college in recent 6 years.T-he main cause of 501 cases was mechanical injury (account for 90.2% of total cases).The majority of the were men(account for 75.6%).The majorities of the ages were from 20 to 39 years old.Most of them were poorly educated.98.6% of them graduated from jumior schools.The dangerours people are young men who are poorly educated.To these men effective measures must be taken to reduce and comtrol the occurrence and mortality of intentional injuries.
