充血性心力衰竭患者血清肌酸激酶同功酶与肌酸激酶比值的动态变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者血清肌酸激酶同功酶 (CK -MB)与肌酸激酶 (CK)比值 (B/K)的变化规律及其临床意义。方法 测定 93例不同病因所致的CHF患者和 45例同期非心血管病对照组患者及 16例心功能Ⅰ级患者的血清CK -MB、CK及B/K比值。结果 所有患者的CK -MB、CK均在正常值范围 ,随心功能不全的加重B/K比值逐渐升高 ,心功能Ⅳ级与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P <0 0 1) ,心功能Ⅳ、Ⅲ级与心功能Ⅱ、Ⅰ级比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum creatine kinase (CK) and ratio of CK-MB mass/CK-activity (B/K) in the patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods CK and CK-MB were measured in 93 patients with CHF and 45 patients without cardiovascular disease. Result CK and CK-MB value of all patients were normal. The lower the cardiac function was, the higer the B/K value was. Ratio of B/K in the patients NYHA function class Ⅰ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ?Ⅳ were 0.09 ±0.03, 0.19±0.07, 0.25±0.10, 0.33±0.15, respectively. Control group was 0.23±0.16. There was a significant statistic difference between class Ⅳ group and control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion The ratio of CK-MB mass/CK-activity is an index of cardiac function in patients with CHF.
