摘要
目的观察穴位电针对胃肠粘膜免疫功能的影响,旨在探讨电针对胃肠道疾病防治作用及功能调整作用.方法 32只雄性 SD 大鼠,随机分为4组,在清醒状态下针刺不同穴位采用免疫放射法(IRMA)测定血清、胃肠组织中分泌型免疫球蛋白 A(sIgA)的含量;四甲基偶氮唑盐微量酶反应比色法(MTT)测定上皮内淋巴细胞(IEL)和固有粘膜层淋巴细胞(LPL)的增殖活力.结果足三里穴组较非针刺组血清、胃肠组织中 sIgA 的含量均明显升高(55比32mg·L^(-1);1759比1163μg·g^(-1);1403比1016μg·g^(-1);P<0.01)IEL 及 LPL 的增殖活力也有明显的增强(1.6比1.15;1.61比1.16;1.53比1.03;1.53比1.05,P<0.01).上巨虚穴组也较非针刺组肠组织中的 sIga 的含量明显升高(1388比1016μg·g^(-1),P<0.01)但不如足三里组显著,余各项指标无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论针刺足三里穴可以提高正常大鼠胃肠组织中 sIga 的含量,同时 IEL 和 LPL 的增殖活力也有明显的增强,提示针刺可以提高机体的胃肠粘膜免疫力,且足三里有一定的穴位特异性.
AIM To explore the effect of electro-acupuncture on gestrointentinal mucosal immunologic function. METHODS 32 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,acupuncure different acupuncture point.The contents of secretory immunolgobulim A(slgA)in peripheral blood,gastric and intestinal tissues were determined by immunologic radioimmunoaesay(IRMA). Also intraepithelial lymphocyte(IEL)and laminia propria lymphocyles(LPLs),proliferations were determined by mononuclear cell cytotoxicity aesay(MTT). PESULTS The contents of algA in peripheral blood, gastric,and intestinal tissues and IELs and LPLs proliferation in zusanli group were sinificantly higher than those of control group(55 vs 32 mg·L^(-1);1759 vs 1163ug· g^(-1);1403 vs 1016ug·g^(-1);1.60 vs 1.15;1.61 vs 1.16;1. 53 vs 1.03;1.53 vs 1.05,P≤0.01.The contents of slgA in inteseines in shangjuxu group were significantly higher than that in control group(1388 vs 1016ug·g^(-1),P<0.01 >,the contents of slgA in peripheral blood and gastric tissue,IELs and LPLs proliferation was not statistically different between acupuncture group and control group(P >0.05). CONCLUSIONS Electro-acupuncture into zusanli may improve slgA contents in peripheral blood,gastric and Intestinal tlestes,and IEL and LPL,s proliferations were improved too.So electro-acupuncture can improve gastrointentinal mucosa immunologic function,which may have important significance in the clinical therapy with acupuncture,
