摘要
在常压下、380~ 445℃的反应温度内 ,研究了在Mo -Bi系丙烯氨氧化工业催化剂上 ,有或无丙烯存在时氨被直接氧化分解的反应动力学 ,提出了由两个基本步骤组成的氨分解反应机理 ,并建立了相应的动力学模型。
On Mo-Bi catalysts,part of feed ammonia was oxidized to N 2 and H 2O in the process of acrylonitrile synthesis via propylene ammoxidation technology.The behaviors of the ammonia oxidative decomposition were investigated with a micro-scale fixed-bed tubular reactor,using a commercial catalyst and a reaction atmosphere with or without propylene.The temperature range was 380~445 ℃.It was found that about 35 percent of ammonia was decomposed in the propylene ammoxidation reaction.A two-step reaction mechanism of the ammonia oxidation was presented to demonstrate the process of oxidation,with the establishment of a corresponding kinetics model.
