摘要
现代石油工业中 ,氮气技术的快速发展使它广泛应用于油气生产的许多环节 ,与常规方法相比 ,其具有安全、省时、快捷、高效的特点。空气中分离氮气的 2种主要方法是冷却法和分子膜法 ,二者各具特色和优势 ,与之配套的设备液氮泵车、制氮装置在结构特点上也有所不同。基于氮气密度低、稳定性好、易压缩等特点 ,它在提高采收率、钻井、射孔、增产措施、修井等方面有着广泛的应用 ,结合吐哈油田的实际应用情况 ,评价了氮气技术的实施效果 。
In modern oil industry,rapid development of nitrogen injection technology has widely used in many links of oil-gas production.Compared with conventional method,it has safety,save time,quick,high efficiency features.The two main methods of separating nitrogen from air are cooled method and molecular member method,they had characteristic and advantage,completed with equipment,such as liquid nitrogen unit,generation nitrogen unit is differ in structure feature.Based on features,such as nitrogen low density,well steady and easy compression,enhanced recovery efficiency, drilling,perforation,well stimulation,workover etc.Aspects have widely been applied.Combined practical application condition of Tuha Oilfield,enforcement effect of nitrogen injection technology was evaluated.The result indicates the technology has good application prospects.\;
