摘要
为了分析创新企业最重要的工作模式——团队工作的运作原理 ,利用非合作博弈理论 ,建立了创新组织与非创新组织之间最佳剩余收益分配模型 ,分析了影响新企业组建核心团队的三项主要因素——监督难度、创新组织的重要程度与团队化程度 ,指出了创新企业降低团队化程度的主要方式和对团队运作的影响 .分析结果表明 ,团队化程度的降低将有利于占优势的创新者组成核心团队 ,提高激励效率 .
The theory of team work in innovatioin corporation, which is the most important working model in innovation corporation, was analyzed. Based on the non cooperation game theory, this paper set up a profit arrangement model, and analysed the main effects on the core team working, which are the difficulty in monitoring, importance of innovator and team cooperation. Reducing the team cooperation will facilitate the innovators setup of the core team and improve the incentive efficiency. At last, this paper researched how to reduce team cooperation and the effect on the team work.
