摘要
提出一种国有企业经营者业绩评价指标设计的指导思想 ,并设计了国有企业经营者评价的指标体系。采用层次分析法中的分析比较矩阵来确定权重 ,将灰色关联度、聚类分析方法和模糊数学方法相结合 ,建立了国有企业经营者业绩的灰色评价模型 ,并运用该模型对1 0家国有企业的经营者业绩进行了评价和分析。
The assessment index system for the enterpreneurs of state owned enterprise is designed.The analytical comparative matrix of AHP is used to determine the weights.The grey model for the assessment of the state owned enterprise entrepreneurs′ achievements is established in combination with the grey relevance degree,the cluster analysis method and the fuzzy mathematical method. Accordingly,this model is used to assess and analyse the 10 state owned enterprise entrepreneurs′ achievements .
