摘要
东风EQ6100汽车发动机在中国已经大量生产和应用。本文分析了它的浴盆形燃烧室结构和工作过程存在的某些问题后,根据稀薄混合气体紊流燃烧理论提出了一种具有非对称双“ω”形挤气面,横“8”字形的新燃烧室。经过台架对比试验后发现,新燃烧系统的外特性、1600r/min负荷特性、空燃比特性、怠速排放特性和万有特性均比原燃烧系统好得多。
Dongfeng EQ6100 automobile engines are massively produced and used in China. Some problems in structure and working process of its bathtub combustion chamber are analyzed in this paper. Under the guidance of the theory of turbulent combustion for lean mixture, a new combustion chamber in the form of transverse figure '8' with double asymmetrical ca-shaped squish areas is proposed. The performances at WOT and 1600 r/min, the air-fuel ratio characteristics at 1600 r/min, the exhaust emission characteristics at idling speed and the performance maps obtained from bench tests for both original and new combustion systems are compared. It is found that the latter is better than the former.
