摘要
头顶球技术在现代足球比赛中起着越来越重要的作用 ,特别是在中、前场顶传、顶射的空中优势已成为了一个球队取胜的关键。针对头顶球技术动作结构及学生头顶球时的心理状态 ,阐述了循序渐进以及对抗条件下运用头顶球技术动作的教学方法。
Header skills are more and more important in modern football matches.Passing a ball and shooting a ball with the head in the central and front court have become the key to score a success.In accordance with the action structure of header skills and the psychology of students, teaching, methods are presented to develop the header skills step by step to use these skills under resistance circumtances.
