摘要
文章从开发布局、人才培养、基础设施建设、市场开放等方面 ,就彭德怀建国初期关于西北经济建设的思想对西部开发的重要启示进行了较系统的阐述。
From the aspects of development arrangement,manpower training, infrastructure construction and opening of the market, the paper makes a systematic exposition of Peng Dehuai's thought on the economic construction of the North west in the early stage after the founding of the Republic on the important inspiration of the development of the western region.
