摘要
以数理统计的方法,对机械制造系统中常见的误差分布特征进行分析,论证了传统尺寸公差的局限性,说明了限定统计公差对确保零件配合的性质及产品质量的重要作用.
By means of mathematical statistics, the common error distribution characteristics in machine- building system are analyzed in this article and the limitation of traditional dimension tolerance is demon strated thereafter. It is shown that setting a limit on statistical tolerance can ensure a proper fit of parts with each other and, consequently, the quality of products.
