膝关节退行性变的X线定位与体外冲击波治疗 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨膝关节退行性变治疗的新方法,扩展体外冲击波碎石机的临床应用范围。方法 应用电磁式碎石机产生的冲击波,通过双束交叉X线的精确定位,体外冲击治疗膝关节退行性变形成的骨赘,并对49例患者进行追踪观察和评定。结果 即时疗效优良率100%;1月后随访疗效优良率73.5%;3月后随访优良率61.2%,改善18.4%,无效20.4%。结论 体外冲击波治疗膝关节退行性变安全、有效、无副作用。  Objective To explore the new treatment method for knee joint degeneration and develop the clinical application of extracorporeal shock wave lithotriptor. Methods Using extracorporeal shock wave from an electromagnetic lithotriptor to treat osteophyte after degeneration of knee joint according to the precise localization with the double-band intersection X-rays, we conducted a follow-up study in 49 patients to evaluate the therapeutic effects of the treatment. Results The instant effieacy rate was 100%; the efficacy rate after 1 month was 73.5%; the overall clinical effects were excellent or good in 61.2% and having improvement in 18.4% with an effceacy rate of 79.6% after 3 months. Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave treatment of degeneration of the knee joint is safe, effective and free of side effect.
