摘要
西部地区是我国少数民族居住比较集中的地区 ,也是全国发展相对落后的区域。当前 ,特别是在西部大开发战略实施的过程中研究西部地区的稳定和发展意义重大。文章主要论述了当前影响和制约西部地区稳定和发展的主要因素以及对这些主要因素采取的具体对策和措施。
The western part of our country is an area mainly inhabitcd by thc minority nationalitics and is undcr-dcvclopcd compared with the other parts.Now the carrying out of the western Development Strategy makes it all the more significant to do research on the stability and development in this area. this paper mainly discusses the current primary factors affecting the stability and restricting the development of this region as well as the measures and moves to take.
